RESPONSIBLE GROWTH

North Dundas has an opportunity to grow in a way that benefits both current and future residents.

Growth should create more housing options, attract new businesses, and expand our tax base while preserving the character of the communities we call home.

Good planning means making thoughtful decisions about where and how we grow, and ensuring new development contributes positively to our community.

My goal is balanced, sustainable growth that creates opportunity while keeping North Dundas a great place to call home.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Residents work hard for their money and deserve leadership that respects every tax dollar.

As a business owner for more than forty years, I've learned that success comes from solving problems, adapting to challenges, making sound decisions, and finding practical solutions that work.

Those same skills are essential in municipal government. We must balance budgets responsibly, pursue available grants, and carefully evaluate spending to ensure taxpayers receive real value for every dollar invested.

Strong financial management and practical decision-making are essential to keeping North Dundas affordable for families, seniors, and businesses.

SUPPORTING FAMILIES AND SENIORS

A strong community supports people through every stage of life.

Families need housing options, childcare opportunities, recreation facilities, and community services that help them thrive.

Seniors deserve opportunities to remain active, connected, and independent while continuing to live in the community they helped build.

I want North Dundas to be a place where people can build a future, raise a family, and remain part of the community throughout their lives.

RELIABLE INFRASTRUCTURE

Reliable infrastructure is essential to a strong and growing community.

Our roads, bridges, water and wastewater systems, and other municipal infrastructure require ongoing investment, careful maintenance, and long-term planning.

As North Dundas grows, we need to make sure our infrastructure keeps pace, while making the most of available grants and getting good value from every dollar we invest.

My priority is practical, responsible investment that protects the services residents rely on today and prepares North Dundas for the needs of tomorrow.
